Christmas opening times:

Due to difficulties in maintaining 98% stock levels and to ensure that we offer a high level of service, our last shipping day before Christmas is the 19th December however orders made by the 15^th of December are advised. For international orders, including the Republic of Ireland, the last shipping date is the 15th December.

Our office and despatching times are:

• Friday 19^th open and last orders @16.00pm
• Closed Monday 22  December till the 2^rd of January [2nd January- Dispatching orders only]
• Monday 5^th of January open and despatching orders – Telephone lines open

Christmas gifts are an important part of Fonejunkie’s business and at this time of year we extend our 14 day return policy to: Any order made from the 1^st of December to the 19^th of December, which has been unused and unopened [i.e. in an as new condition] can be returned to us by the 14^th of January. As we offer free shipping, returns are subject to a postage charge, where multiple items have been purchased of which 1 item has been returned, then a full refund for that item will be given.
